Refund Policy

​We are sure you will love all our products but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items due to a change of mind.

All Waxwell Candles products are hand poured in small batches and small variations and imperfections are to be expected.

​

However, if your item has a major flaw, we would be happy to replace, exchange or refund your item as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase and in its original condition. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
